Effective February 12, 2009, no new dogs will be allowed.

Dues include the following:  Exterior maintenance, roofs, water/sewer, hot water, heat, chilled water for A/C, Building Insurance, snow removal, trash pickup, grounds maintenance.

Water Provider: Denver Water

Amenities: Indoor Swimming Pool, Racquet-ball court, Exercise room, Pool table

Board Meeting dates: The board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 at the office.

All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
